Each crewmember is individually selected, and all application forms given for the employment are carefully checked to verify the seafarar's reliability, professionalism, competency and good knowledge of the foreign language. All our seafarers are the holders of the certificates in compiance with STCW, USCG and IMO and also are familiarized with the ISM Code. Besides they pass the English examination.
